*camel day*

early in the morning hours I took the pretty saddle...took the camel and went away, alone just *he* (of course the camel) and me and the light blue *bleached* desert sky...endless desert....
found last nights fresh monitor lizard tracks in the sand...followed them for a while but did not found the lizard, probably he spotted somewhere from a hidden place me, the camel riding girl...who knows? May he passed by last night my sleeping place...who knows?
then they asked me for the *petite* blue camera...
and took photos...many photos! :)
a *black*black* scarab came along and left pretty tracks in the sand....finally bumped against my feet :-)

then a *fluffy* camel baby passed by and sniffed on my hair....
we got *lazy* in the heat of the mid day....*ombre* finding...
the new friends watched pictures....
danced *desert dance* with my mp3 in the ear....
the *beauties* took a rest next to the watertanks...fata morgana sightseeing far away....
then simple cooking in the desert kitchen...yam yam!
finally we had *atay* means tea with *tikufawen* foam....prepared in a pretty *blue*blue* old enamelled teapot...aah...another, new favourite word I learned in Tuareg language, tikufawen :-)

Then I left....camels *overload* in my heart, the taste of salty, fresh *camel milk* on my lips but...my favourite indian blanket stayed with a piece of my heart in the middle of the *somewhere of the nowhere*....one day I will be back for another *camel day* :-)

*hello, good morning desert!*

arrival after sunset the destination, truly the *somewhere in the nowhere*...
one more time the beloved sahara desert had been kissed in the *deepest* lavender purple shades...eye candy!
early in the morning after a night with a giant *full moon* before sunrise I woke up...more *lavender magic* light, watched the moon going down....listened the sound of the passing by camels and their babies....they stopped, came very close to me and watched me...curious! :-)
a moroccan hammam bowl, a silver mirror in the sand....water in my face....simple *desert* bathroom in the uprising morning sun ...*hello, good morning desert*!
strong *black* sugared morning coffee.....*j´aime*!
roasted *tagella* sandbread...not made from sand but baked in hot sand....supersweet *fig* confiture!
then...after a while he arrived, gave me a *smile* oh dear! I felt completely in *love*....with his pretty white eyes and the fluffy fur...no one was in this world in this moment, just he and me....my heart got lost in the *somewhere of the nowhere* to him, to the pretty *white camel* ...then....we took a long morning ride, what a bliss! :-) but the story is going on and became much more funny....stay tuned!

*fata morgana sightseeing*

the time got lost somewhere in the nowhere * sur la route*...
giant silver cream coloured dunes passed by....
dazzling *sunlight* and light blue, bleached sky....*melting* clouds...
is there fresh and silver *shimmering* water to find far away?....fata morgana *sightseeing*...because everyting is possible in the desert....heat....silence...the sound of the wind...wind blowing in my hair...my hair is a huge *mess*...I don´t care about my hair, who care about my messy hair?

the destination had been reached in the soft *pink* and lavender kissed evening light after sunset...but this is another story for another day....

*salam aleikum, little scorpion!*

after the sunset the night sky turned into *cobalt* blue....
the brightest and most beautiful coloured desert sky....
pretty camels passed by...kissed by magic *lavender* light....
acacia & tamarisk wood *fire* had been lit up....*macarona* dinner had been cooked, strong & bittersweet *foamy* desert tea had been drunken...
the wind came over night....sand covered the wool blanket, my face and *hair*....sand everywhere...morning view from my sleeping place...
and with the wind in the night...a light *celadon* green coloured, tiny visitor tiptoed *secretly* under my matress and found a cosy and comfortable place for sleeping.....
*salam aleikum, little scorpion!*

P.S.: I had no fear at all when I discovered the little creature...the sophisticated look, the colour and the way the scorpion *tiptoed* so fast impressed me much and at least....he just tried always to run away!
