*desert essentials*

today: *chahi* and how to prepare it....
first, please take a seat on the *magic carpet*...it takes time....a good time!
fine green china tea, a good amount of sugar in a pretty leather bag, *aman* called water in tuareg language, several tiny *alkass* teaglasses...
put the green tea and a small amount of water in one teapot, let it for a while for rinse the tea leaves, pour out the first tea; fill up the teapot again with water & boil the tea on the fire for a while....
pour in the tea without the tea leaves in the second teapot and add a good amount...well...*chahi* in the desert should be *sweet*...in the enamel mug...
then pour the tea several times between the teapot and the mug....
it takes time....*desert* time....
to prepare *golden* desert tea....
3 glasses of  bittersweet, foamy *chahi* the first one bitter like the life, the second one strong like the love, the third one smooth like the dead....that´s what they say..in the *sahara* desert....

once you drink it, you will never want to miss it for the rest of your life....or probably you will never drink it again...
