*cham*cham*

means....*smell*.....in moroccan language... ;-)
come with me...and *cham*cham*....the salty breeze....
open the windows in the morning....a *hint* of cooking gas.....
the *treasuries* of the *green*green* souk......
add a *hint* of mint and *green* tea.....sugar, of course....
the flavour of *fresh* bread in the *medina* alleys.....
the *fish* market and the spices.....mixed with coriander and verveine.....
aromatic *coffee* in the morning and *patisserie*......orange blossom water & almonds...
and *Tide* washing powder...the smell of fresh *laundry*....drying under the moroccan sun.....
and....close your *eyes*......and smell a *hint* of desert in the colourful western sahara *fabrics*

sometimes....sometimes....I am opening my suitcase again...and again...and *cham*cham*.....the melange of Essaouira!
